The PLAS Operations team is responsible for coordinating all company processes which include data loading into the database, the production of digital product sheets, logistics and assistance with all possible and various problems that occur in the work chain.
The main objective is to improve the productivity of the company’s internal processes and to find ways to make the production chain more efficient and profitable to reach the final customer.
We analyze production and distribution processes using specific performance indicators. In this way, we can identify margins for improvement and propose development plans to optimize times and costs. We ensure that staff and production lines work effectively by coordinating communication between the various departments of the company.
We invest in the management of human resources involved in operations, choosing where to allocate staff and verifying that they are equipped with the skills and abilities necessary to meet the needs of the department.
